​I joined the Love Your Liver program because I was feeling sluggish, my hips were achy, and I had gained weight. I wasn’t sure if this was just a natural part of aging, or if I could do more to support my health and well-being, so I signed up thinking, “I can do anything for 3 weeks.”
And what a 3 weeks it was!
After the 21 days of the program, I had so much more clarity in my thinking, my joint pain had subsided completely, and I had lost 7 pounds. What I was feeling before is NOT a natural part of aging!
Julie takes you through the program with grace and wonderful support. The private Facebook group was a great place to share how we were feeling, as well as, recipes and other things we were doing inside the program. I loved having a knowledgeable, supportive group to bounce ideas off of, and Julie is amazing, both as a wellness professional AND as a human being.
I have no doubt that participating in Love Your Liver created a solid foundation, both physically and emotionally, and now I am in a place of strength and empowerment, even during these uncertain and unsettling times. I’ve loved it so much, I’ve already enrolled in the next 3 sessions throughout the year!
You owe it to yourself to give the program a try. You have no idea how much healthier you can feel until you do.

I would definitely do the Liver Detox again! Dr. Julie Smith Taylor gives you step by step resources and the support group was excellent to ask questions and share recipes. The program made be feel better both on the inside and out! Thank you!

Hey I just had to share with you that joining the liver cleanse was the best thing that I've done for myself in a really long time. And I am so beyond thankful to have you in my life.  I am back to cooking/preparing almost every meal and back to eating all of the healthy foods that I have loved my whole life but had gotten away from because of "convenience" and laziness.  I have only broken out in hives once since February (I ate out), I've lost 11 pounds and it has forced me to put myself first in some areas that I had been neglecting. I'm finally starting to work out again and I overall feel really great. I have loved developing new healthy habits.  I've continued to stick with about 50% of the plan almost full time and feel better than I have in years!!!!!
I was motivated to join the Love Your Liver Challenge to improve my overall health.  I was feeling tired, was a few pounds overweight with eczema flare ups, some joint aches in my knees at night and felt I was physically aging in the mirror. I needed a reset button.
After 3 weeks, I was feeling a lot better, I lost a few unneeded pounds, my skin looks better, my eczema stop flaring, joint aches stopped. I feel better about my complexion overall.
I have recommended the challenge to others and definitely think everyone should try it if having any of the symptoms Julie stated. You'll be amazed how easy it is if you plan your meals and snacks ahead and the difference you feel in the end. I loved the recipes and group support.  I plan on doing this at least twice a year!
